Post any kind of work in six steps: a few days, a contract or a permanent role. Cowstail shows it to the technicians whose IRATA level, tickets and distance fit, and they apply with a verified wallet instead of a CV. Free to post, no cut of the rate.

What the work is, where, when, the pay, what you need and how to apply. Days, a contract or a permanent role. The rate on a wheel, per hour, day, week or year, CIS, PAYE or Ltd. Paste your own advert and the steps fill themselves in.
The moment the post is live, every technician it fits gets a push: level, tickets, distance from their base. No scattergun. The board shows them in one line whether they fit.
Each application is a snapshot of the technician's verified tickets, level and expiry dates, plus the answers to up to three questions you asked. Shortlist, offer, book.
The post shapes itself to the job. A few days: start date, duration, shift pattern, hours. A contract: weeks or ongoing, full or part time. A permanent role: salary, benefits, applications close. One expiry rule for all of them: the post comes down after the last day of work, or after 30 days, and we remind you a week before.
Tickets are picked from the same library the technicians use, by sector: IRATA levels, GWO, CSCS, NDT, confined space, first aid, with an Other field for anything else. On site: L3 supervisor present, kit provided, induction, own PPE, and a private reference that lands on the technician's invoice as your PO.

A technician you booked through a job hands you the invoice in the app, drafted from the booking: the days, the rate, your PO and your payment terms. You approve it, query a line or mark it paid, and both of you see where it stands. Your finance email, payment terms and CIS status are published once and every invoice follows them.
The Finances tab shows what you owe per technician this month. The schedule shows who is booked where. The team tab brings your own staff in.
Posting is free and so is hiring. You agree the rate and the terms with the technician directly. Nothing sits between you.
Expired tickets are flagged before you shortlist. Nobody turns up to site with a lapsed qualification you did not know about.
Link your Companies House registration and confirm your email. Your posts carry the verified mark, and techs apply knowing the job is real.
A first post from a new company waits for a quick human check before it goes live. Posts that ask for money, or that technicians report, come down.
